Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged Artwork: If the artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the damaged item and provide a replacement or a full refund.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and provide the correct artwork or a full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Ensure the artwork is securely packaged in its original packaging for the return shipment.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process the replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Artwork that has been altered, damaged, or modified by the customer.
- Custom or commissioned pieces created specifically for the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- If the artwork is returned due to damage or an incorrect item, a full refund will be issued, including any shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
